I have been a fan of EDM ever since the 80's. Probably when I heard Aha's "Take on Me" is when I knew I was hooked. I listened to Depeche Mode, New Order, and other artists from that genre, but It wasn't until I heard Kimball Collins "United DJ's of America" in 1994 was when I realized my passion love for EDM. I played guitar for about 8 years then sold all my equipment to buy 1 turntable and the essentials to begin DJ'ing. One table is easy, then when you throw a second in there is when it gets crazy. After moving around and experiencing different genres like house, breakbeats, d&b, and trance my main focus on DJ'ing and producing is in the progressive and trance area. My influences include, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Gabriel & Dresden, Alex MORPH and Ferry Costen to name a few. I have a radio show called "Euphoric Sound Sessions" which I broacast on www.orbitalgrooves.com and www.afterhoursdjs.org. After 5 1/2 years of playing in various clubs, bars , house partiesand even a bowling alley I gained some great knowledge. I have just begun to produce my own tunes and hope the turn out well. Music is a powerful tool and it's amazing the effect it has. So sit back strap on your seatbelt and enjoy the journey to Euphoria.
