The EDM Spectrum and delta-s are proud to bring you this fun, interesting new project...The 30 Second Miracle. This is a continuous track done by many different people, and each does the next 30 seconds.

This was started in another forum, but was moved here in hopes of getting more participation. We are keeping the people from the original sign-up sheet for up to one week, to give them time to confirm that they are still interested in participating.

If you are interested in participating in the 30 Second Miracle, sign up HERE in our forums, so we don't get all confused and end up with several different ones branching off and ending up with a huge mess. If you need to cancel for some reason, simply post it there, and we will update the list.

Let's see how far this can go! If your name is highlighted, then you are up for your 30 second miracle, and we will contact you with info on how to get the necessary materials. Have fun!

RULES:

1. You wait to create your track when your name is highlighted... and add it after the previous track... there is no telling what direction you should go in until you've heard the latest evolution of the song.


2. You must use the base drum track throughout your piece. However, you are allowed to EQ it how you would like, and add any compression, effects, and filters, etc. to the beat, making it work for your unique mix and creation. This means that you can chop up the drum loop how you want, and create breakbeats from it. Your composition must run at least as long as the base drum track runs. You are allowed an extra 2-4 meaures of song work at your discretion, though.


3. Your composition must transition as smooth as possible from the previous stage. This includes staying in the same key [ or relative keys ] and tempo, unless your tempo or key changes during your version in a way that makes sense.
