Well, our first remix competition has ended. The turn-out was not as great as we had hoped...there was only one entry! But don't worry, they won't all be this way. Our second remix competition already has 8 entries. :)

We believe that there were a few reasons for the low turn-out. First and foremost, the original rules were pretty strict. These rules were later lightened up, but getting the word out proved difficult. And some of the rules could not be lightened due to legal restrictions regarding cover songs. The important thing is that we've learned a few things with our first competition, and are already getting better turn-out with the second competition.

We'd like to give a big thanks to t_meracz for braving these waters and submitting the only entry.
